Easter Eggs

The big list of Claire Kingsley books Easter eggs
  • Salishan Cellars wine is mentioned in several books outside of the Miles Family series.
  • Salishan Cellars Winery, from the Miles Family series, first appears in the bonus epilogue for Finding Ivy. We meet Zoe from Broken Miles and Cooper Miles is mentioned.
  • In Reckless Miles, Amelia reads sex tips in a column written by Nora from the Dirty Martini Running Club series.
  • In Reckless Miles, Cooper, Amelia, Chase, and Brynn spend a night out at a bar called “The Office” and listen to the band “Incognito” with the hot bass player that is later revealed to be Shepherd from Faking Ms. Right.
  • In Hidden Miles, Hannah spends a few days in Jetty Beach.
  • In the Bootleg Springs series, Jonah was raised in/comes from Jetty Beach.
  • In Everly Dalton’s Dating Disasters, Cooper Miles makes an appearance.
  • In the Dirty Martini Running Club series, Brody’s, the girl’s favorite bar, is the same bar that the cast from Always Have and Always Will hang out in. It’s the setting for Braxton and Kylie’s very hot first kiss!
  • In Marrying Mr. Wrong, Sophie and Cox are married (the second time) at Salishan Cellars. Jamie (Zoe Miles’ assistant) makes an appearance.
  • In Faking Ms. Right, Everly is interviewed, and later hired by, Cameron Whitbury, the heroine in The Mogul and the Muscle. Cameron’s bodyguard (and hero) Jude also makes an appearance.
  • You can see this scene from the other side in The Mogul and the Muscle. Cameron interviews and hires Everly from Faking Ms. Right. Shepherd crashes the interview and Jude witnesses the entire thing.
  • In Falling for My Enemy, Corban plays basketball with a group of guys he calls “the dads”. The dads are Alex, Weston, and Caleb from the Book Boyfriends series.
  • Also, in Falling for My Enemy, Hazel and Corban work for Woodward College, which is where Ivy Nichols (later Ivy Cole) is a literature professor in Finding Ivy. The coffee shop, Cafe Lit, appears in both books. And there’s a quick glimpse of Ivy, William, their daughter, and their dog Edgar in Falling for My Enemy.
  • We meet Grace Miles (later Grace Bailey) for the first time in Broken Miles. She appears as a side character throughout the Miles family series.
  • Grace helps plan Brynn’s bachelorette party in Forbidden Miles. Those hot firefighters who come to entertain them are none other than a few of the Bailey brothers, including Logan, who gives a pregnant Zoe a foot rub.
  • In Unraveling Him, Leo Miles has a badass cameo appearance.
  • Jackson Bennet, from One Crazy Week, is referenced in Marrying Mr. Wrong as a potential investor for Camden Cox’s project.
  • Annika Haven and Levi Bailey take a trip to Jetty Beach and have a boudoir photo shoot done by Ryan Jacobsen from Behind His Eyes in Bailey Brothers book 6, Rewriting the Stars.
  • Zoe Miles from Broken Miles makes a cameo appearance in Rewriting the Stars.
  • Dex St. James was first featured in Hot Single Dad (Book Boyfriends book three). He’s the tattoo artist who gives Linnea her first tattoo.
  • One of Dex’s clients mentions her surgeon, Dr. Weston Reid. He’s the hero in Cocky Roommate (Book Boyfriends book 2). Dex knows Weston through Mia Lawson (they went to school together). She’s the heroine in Book Boyfriend (Book Boyfriends book 1).
  • Nora, Sophie, Hazel, and Everly go to shake off Nora’s breakup blues at Monkey Club, which is the same club where Kendra celebrated her birthday (and probably did too many shots) in Cocky Roommate (Book Boyfriends book 2).
  • Nora and Dex work with Zoe Miles to plan their wedding at Salishan Cellars Winery. Zoe is the heroine in Broken Miles and Salishan Cellars is the location of the Miles Family series.
  • The Tilikum gossip-line goes a little crazy with a new girl in town. One rumor is that Audrey’s real name is Daisy and she’s a billionaire heiress—a nod to the one and only Daisy Carter-Kincaid from the Bluewater Billionaires series.
  • Josiah takes Audrey hiking in an area he said his family inherited. That’s part of the land the Haven and Bailey families split at the end of Rewriting the Stars
  • This is the real-life Max, the goodest good boy.
  • Zachary mentions Cooper Miles’s unicorn tattoo when confessing about his “accidental” nipple piercing. Cooper gets his famous tattoo in the Miles Family series.
  • Salishan Cellars, from the Miles Family series, is clearly the favorite wedding venue in CK-landia! Both Josiah and Audrey, and Zachary and Marigold, get married at Salishan Cellars. Zoe Miles, heroine in Broken Miles, has an appearance at the #Zarigold wedding.
